Project Manager Openings- Brea, CA

Jaenn Jo from IT Resources is looking for suitable candidates to fill two positions. Both are contract positions that could turn into full-time, located in Brea, California.

Project Manager with LOS Experience

Required:
• 4-6 years as an Information Technology Project Manager for a Loan Origination environment
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Servicing system and process analysis experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team building skills, including cross-functional team building
• Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to facilitation and meeting management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and business client
• Ability to work in partnership and harmony with clients, users and peers


Preferred:
• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in systems development, project management or consulting on large projects.
• 8-10 years experience supporting end users in a mortgage/banking servicing environment.
• Strong analytical skill with knowledge of system development methodologies.
• Strong experience using Project Management tools (i.e. MS Project)
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Project Management Methodologies
• Understanding and experience with application development lifecycle including all testing phases


Job Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:
• Coordinate communications among users and Information Technology personnel (service providers and management) in order to provide quality, on-time delivery of services that meet user business needs.
• Work with vendor to assure system availability maintains peak availability.
• Coordinate and maintain project timing with users, project team, and vendors.
• Work with users to accurately define projects, and convey the definitions to project team.
• Supervise system changes and measure adequate testing to ensure accuracy before moving to production environment.
• Supervise project team staff and conduct regular meetings with business users and Information Technology management.
• Provide on-going feedback to Information Technology management and users regarding problems, issues, priorities, and ideas.
• Other duties as assigned by Information Technology’s VP – Systems & Development

Secondary Duties:
• Manage user and Information Technology system vendor relationships. Coordinate with application software vendors to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of identified deficiencies and problems.
• Evaluate on-going user satisfaction with Information Technology; recommend and take appropriate action.
• Maintain consistent attendance record to ensure fulfillment of essential functions.


Systems Knowledge:

Primary Systems:
• 2-4 years experience supporting BPM products
• 1-3 years experience supporting Business Intelligence products
• 1-3 years experience with Automated Underwriting systems
• 1-3 years experience with Enterprise Rules Engines


Project Manager with Disaster Recovery Experience

Required:
• 3 to 5 years experience in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recover department.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Servicing system and process analysis experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team building skills, including cross-functional team building
• Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to facilitation and meeting management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and business client
• Ability to work in partnership and harmony with clients, users and peers
