Technical Lead- El Segundo

The position is responsible for the definition, development, and TECHNICAL LEAD of real time embedded system control and interface SOFTWARE for next generation radio systems connected to a base station controller.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Technical guidance, coordination, and lead for SOFTWARE development activities including architecture design, coding, unit testing, integration, system testing, and design documentation.
• Hands on technical SOFTWARE design, development, integration, and test
• Development of system testing tools to support hardware and RF development activities
• Customer integration and technical support including travel to customer sites for integration and qualification efforts

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-10 years experience in embedded SOFTWARE design and development
• Expert in C and C++
• Expert in embedded Linux kernel and driver development
• Knowledge of RF and signal processing a plus
• Knowledge of communications protocols a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Team player
• BSEE or MSEE
