We're looking for a high-aptitude project manager who can manage multiple simultaneous software and web engineering projects . The person will meet directly with internal clients and internal teams to facilitate the timely delivery of engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a blend of project management and negotiation skills, coupled with experience delivering projects within a large organization.

Responsibilities - Set and manage client expectations - Manage scope and deliverables and report progress to internal clients- Identify resourcing bottlenecks and work to resolve schedule conflicts- Create and maintain project plans- Ensure receipt of complete, accurate specifications- Coordinate Product Management, development, QA, and other activities, engaging teams at the appropriate times- Track team deliverables and make sure teams deliver per plan- Anticipate problems, form remediation plans before the project suffers

Required Skills- Bachelors degree - Solid knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques- Track record of leading teams in a stressful environment- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tool - Conscientious, hard working, flexible, have an excellent eye for details, self-motivated and a quick learner- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential - The ability to work well in a diverse team and communicate well both within the team and with other groups is essential- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills - Flexibility and ability to quickly learn client's environments is critical
