Overview
We all have them; chronic complainers, negativists, power-trippers and non-communicators. Differences in work style and personality can cause misunderstandings, disrupt teamwork and interfere with accomplishing the mission and goals of the organization. It can also increase stress for all concerned. So, what’s a person to do? Do you need to become a psychologist just to get what you need from others? Probably not; but having some tools and techniques is a good place to start.
